2. Field Engineering & Turnkey Installation
Structured cabling, server rack installations, and fiber optic deployments are executed by certified field engineers adhering to TIA/EIA-568 standards. Formal Fluke/OTDR test certification reports are handed over upon project sign-off.
3. Payment & Commercial Terms
Commercial quotations provided by AMPS Data Solutions remain valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issuance due to fluctuating hardware component costs and currency rates.
4. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
AMC coverage terms specify defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including emergency on-site response times, preventive quarterly health checks, and loaner hardware replacement where applicable.
